A spring picnic along the vineyards

During spring the vine is in full bud. We can already see how life appears in the vineyards, with microscopic little flowers that, week by week, will acquire the shape of a cluster.

Imagine a quiet place among flowering vines, with the sounds of nature in the background, the sun’s rays slowly falling… Don’t you think it’s the ideal setting for an afternoon picnic? Invite your partner or a group of friends and get ready for an incomparable food and wine experience.

We propose the following idea: a meeting with friends or family on a terrace or garden to surprise them with a gourmet grill menu paired with selected wines.

A barbecue is always a good idea to enjoy a group food and wine experience, as it offers great versatility to design your menus and adapt them to all tastes, from juicy meats to grilled vegetables. And your bites will be enhanced by the accompaniment of the perfect wine.

Our suggestions? We advise you to accompany white meats, such as chicken skewers, or grilled vegetables with a EM Young Chardonnay very cold, while for your favorite red meats we suggest you opt for our EM Finca Xaconero. And if, like us, you always have room for dessert, we suggest you end your evening with a good and sweet taste in your mouth from two of our wines: EM Moscatel de la Marina and EM Dolç Mendoza.

Here we give you another idea to spend a spring afternoon with friends and wine: an exciting blind wine tasting with your group of winelovers. If you are a few friends or family members who are passionate about the world of wine, this plan is for you!

Make a selection of wines from different countries, grape varieties, harvest years… When you are all together, our advice is to have it in an outdoor space so that the atmosphere is more relaxed, fresh and pleasant; Cover the labels to avoid any references.
