Additionally, once a language other than Spanish has been chosen, the website may provide information in the selected language. BODEGAS E. MENDOZA S.L.U. may at any time modify these general purchase conditions, respecting, in any case, the commitments previously acquired with its customers.
BODEGAS E. MENDOZA S.L.U. reserves the right to deregister and prevent access to customers who maintain outstanding balances or unpaid amounts with BODEGAS E. MENDOZA S.L.U.
3. Purchasing Products on www.bodegasmendoza.com
The website will display the products and services for sale at any given time along with their characteristics and retail prices.
Wines or any other product containing alcohol will only be sold to adults, who must declare such condition when placing the order. BODEGAS E. MENDOZA S.L.U. decides the products and services it offers to its customers through the website at any given time. Thus, BODEGAS E. MENDOZA S.L.U. may add references to the product and service catalog offered on www.bodegasmendoza.com, or remove them, always respecting previous orders or the duration of specific campaigns or offers already committed. All orders and purchases on www.bodegasmendoza.com will be understood to be subject to actual availability at the time of preparing the shipment, even if they are mistakenly or otherwise shown as available on the website. In accordance with current legislation, the sale or service of alcoholic beverages to minors is prohibited through this website.
3.1. Price and Shipping Costs.
The prices of the products and services available for purchase are detailed in euros and include Value Added Tax (VAT). BODEGAS E. MENDOZA S.L.U. expressly reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
If BODEGAS E. MENDOZA S.L.U. identifies an error in the price of the products and/or services, it will inform the Customer of this circumstance and the Customer will have the option to confirm the order at the correct price or, failing that, cancel it.
Shipping costs (if any) will be paid along with the order amount and will appear itemized on the invoice. The shipping cost will be 9.00 € per order.
Shipping will be free for orders amounting to 50 € or more.
3.2. Payment Methods
Payments can be made by credit or debit card or other payment methods available on the website at any given time.
In any case, the use of any particular payment method will be subject to checks and authorizations by the responsible entities, so if the corresponding entity does not authorize the payment, the purchase process will end, and the order will be automatically canceled.
Once the payment is authorized, the charge for the products or services, their taxes, and any shipping costs will be made at the time of placing the order.
3.3. Shipping and Delivery of Products and Services
Each order travels from our climate-controlled winery in Alfaz del Pi (Alicante) to its destination without intermediaries, directly from our facilities to your home.
BODEGAS E. MENDOZA S.L.U. will only serve orders in Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands).
During the order management process, if the purchased product is unavailable, the customer will be notified by phone or email, indicating that the product is unavailable and offering an alternative.
3.4. Order Confirmation
The customer will confirm the order by clicking the ‘Place Order’ button during the payment process. From this confirmation, the order is firm and final, will be automatically registered, and BODEGAS E. MENDOZA S.L.U. will proceed with its preparation and shipment.
The automatic registration of the order has proof value regarding its nature, content, and date. The order confirmation by the customer implies acceptance of the prices, description of the offered products, delivery costs, and other conditions of sale of the product, which are collected in this document. Once the purchase process is completed, the system will confirm the order to the customer through the website. This confirmation will also be sent to the email address provided at registration.
The order confirmation and the purchase receipt (printout by the user) will not be valid as an invoice.
The corresponding invoice will be sent by email to the address provided during the purchase process.

3.6. Order Delivery Times
Delivery will be made by courier service during regular business hours, from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and local, regional, and national holidays. We do not deliver to PO boxes; our goal is to make deliveries within the deadlines, although BODEGAS E MENDOZA SLU cannot guarantee the delivery date as shipments are managed by third parties.
All orders placed before 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday, will be shipped the same day and delivered within approximately 24/48 business hours.
The day after the order, once the shipment has been assigned for delivery, you will receive a message and an email from our courier agency indicating the shipment number, the approximate delivery date, and time. If you are absent at the indicated address at the scheduled time, you will have different options to change the delivery.
An hour before the estimated delivery, you can change the day, pick up at the nearest pickup points, or choose a new delivery address.
If you opt for delivery at the courier agency’s pickup stores, the order will remain there for 7 business days, after which it will be returned to BODEGAS E. MENDOZA S.L.U. After this period, if the customer claims the order, they must pay the shipping costs again.
The order recipient must sign the corresponding delivery note, providing their name and ID or similar, which implies acceptance of the received products, both in terms of quantity and quality and condition.
The recipient, who must be of legal age, can review the order upon receipt to show their acceptance. If it is not complete, it must be expressly noted on the corresponding delivery note.

3.7. Proof of Transactions
The acceptance of the order by BODEGAS E. MENDOZA S.L.U. aas well as information regarding any operation carried out from the corresponding order number and other generated documentation, will be stored and archived, serving as proof in case of litigation..
3.8. Purchase of Experiences and Wine Tourism
The redemption of Gold Experience gift vouchers will be subject to a validity of 12 months from the date of acquisition. For a full or partial refund of the vouchers or experiences, you must contact the wine tourism department atenoturismo@bodegasmendoza.com always within the validity period.
4. Product Returns
4.1. Right of Withdrawal
Ehe Customer will have a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery of the product to withdraw, fully or partially, from the purchase of the product, in accordance with applicable legislation. According to Article 102.d) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to bottles that have been opened. Once the fourteen (14) calendar days have elapsed, BODEGAS E. MENDOZA S.L.U. will not accept returns for withdrawal of product purchases.In case of withdrawal from the purchase of a product, the Customer must contact BODEGAS E. MENDOZA S.L.U. by sending an email to clientesweb@bodegasmendoza.com or by calling +34 965 888 639. In any case, in the event of withdrawal from the purchase, the following requirements must be met:
The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and must retain its original packaging and labeling.
The return to BODEGAS E. MENDOZA S.L.U. must be made using the same box used for delivery or, failing that, in a similar format that guarantees the return of the products in perfect condition. o exercise your right, it is not enough to physically send the product; you must notify us that you are exercising your right to withdraw through the “Model withdrawal form.”. In the event of withdrawal, the refund will include all shipping costs paid by the customer when making the purchase. In any case, the customer, in the event of withdrawal, will pay the return shipping costs of the products to BODEGAS E. MENDOZA, S.L.U.

4.2. Return of Defective Products
Without prejudice to any other rights that may apply, the Customer will be entitled to a refund of the price of defective products or products delivered if they do not correspond to the order placed by the User. Alternatively, the User will be entitled to request and receive a replacement product in perfect condition.
In cases of return to BODEGAS E. MENDOZA, S.L.U. of defective products or products that do not correspond to the order, this must be done by the Customer through the procedure established in the previous section (4.1), although the Customer, in this case, will not have to bear the costs of returning said products.
As long as the User has followed the procedure established in the previous section (4.1) and the requirements established in this section have been met.
BODEGAS E. MENDOZA, S.L.U. rwill refund the amount paid for the returned products that are defective or do not correspond to the product order placed by the Customer, in accordance with the provisions set forth in the subsequent section (4.3).
4.3. Refund of Product Prices
Provided that the Customer has followed the procedure established in this section and has met the requirements established therein, BODEGAS E. MENDOZA, S.L.U. will refund the price paid by the Customer for the returned products and the shipping costs. If the return is made exercising the User’s right of withdrawal described in section (4.1), BODEGAS E. MENDOZA, S.L.U. will not pay or cover the return shipping costs of the product to BODEGAS E. MENDOZA, S.L.U.
The Customer will not be entitled to a refund of the price of returned products that are not in the same condition as when delivered or if the requirements established in these General Conditions are not met.
Partial returns of an order will result in a refund of the corresponding price for the product or products actually returned.
BODEGAS E. MENDOZA, S.L.U. will process the refund order using the same payment method used by the Customer for the purchase of the products, within fourteen (14) days from the collection of the returned order and once BODEGAS E. MENDOZA, S.L.U. has verified that the returned products meet the requirements established in sections (4.1) and (4.2) above. The refund of the price to the Customer’s account will depend on the banking entity.

This contract shall be governed by Spanish law, which shall apply to matters not provided for in this contract concerning interpretation, validity, and execution. Any disputes arising from the purchase of products through this website shall be submitted to the competent jurisdiction as determined by law.
