This wine has been produced in environmentally sustainable vineyards and has a European V-Level certificate wine by the Spanish Vegetarian Union as a VEGAN wine. In the process of this wine, no materials of animal origin or derivatives thereof have been used. -

The documents tell how it rained so much during the months of September and October then, the land retained the water until January, hence the name. “The lands of the January Ponds”.
