100% Pinot Noir from our vineyards situated on the slopes of Cabezo de la Virgen de Villena. This wine has been produced in environmentally sustainable vineyards and has a European V-Level certificate wine by the Spanish Vegetarian Union as a VEGAN wine. In the process of this wine, no materials of animal origin or derivatives thereof have been used.
Ruby red colour of medium layer with ruby and garnet nuances typical of its aging in barrels.
To the aroma of fresh fruit, red berries such as blackcurrant and blueberry are intertwined with notes of great mineralization such as black stones or graphite. It also reminds us of red and purple flowers, well accompanied by fine notes of toast, smoke and vanilla acquired during aging.
Good structure due to the vintage, it is still fine, soft and with a pleasant juicy and cheerful tannin that endows it to live.
