100% Pinot Noir from our vineyards situated on the slopes of Cabezo de la Virgen de Villena. This wine has been produced in environmentally sustainable vineyards and has a European V-Level certificate wine by the Spanish Vegetarian Union as a VEGAN wine. In the process of this wine, no materials of animal origin or derivatives thereof have been used.
Variety: 100% Pinot Noir from our vineyards situated on the slopes of “Cabezo de la Virgen” in Villena. This wine has been produced in environmentally sustainable vineyards.
Vinification: To obtain the full potential of fresh fruit, the grapes are hand-harvested in boxes to ensure that the whole grain enters in small tanks, only part of the clusters being destemmed. Due to a natural treatment, the wine may form a light sediment over time. Contains Sulphites. Alcoholic Grade: 13,5% Vol.
It exhibits a ruby red color with violet nuances and a medium layer.
The aroma is reminiscent of fresh fruit, with red berries like strawberry and cherry intertwined with mineral notes that enhance the feeling of freshness. It also evokes floral hints, especially violets, adding an elegant touch, all accompanied by subtle toasty notes acquired during aging.
With a medium structure and pleasant, balanced tannins, this wine unveils its finesse and elegance.
