SPECIFICATIONS:
Single Vineyard: Wines that faithfully express the identity, personality of a specific vineyard within it. Soil, climate and variety are the main characters.
- Variety: 100% Petit Verdot single vineyard from our vineyards located on the slope of “Cabezo de la Virgen” in Villena.
- Vinification: To obtain the full potential of fresh fruit, the grapes are hand-harvested in boxes to ensure that the whole grain enters in small tanks, only part of the clusters being destemmed.
Due to its artisan style, this wine can throw sediments over time.
- Certification: European certificated V-Level wine by the Spanish Vegetarian Union as a VEGAN wine. In the process of this wine, no materials of animal origin or derivatives thereof have been used.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
Burgundy red wine with violet flashes and a medium-high layer.
The first aromas that appear remind us of black fruits such as plumbs, and blackberries and then, give way to spicy aromas of toast, tobacco, vanilla, wet soil and mineral of scrubland.
On the palate it is fresh and at the same time serious, predominating ripe black fruit accompanied by spicy notes, chocolate, and vanilla. It is fleshy, with polished sweet tannins with a long and persistent finish.
