Description
SPECIFICATIONS:
- Varieties: “Coupage” made with two varieties: Sauvignon Blanc & Merseguera.
Vinification: The grapes remain in cold storage for 24 hours before entering the winery at the ideal temperature, where a very light pressing is carried our in a pneumatic press. Each variety is vinificated separate and is fermented in small stainless steel tank in a very low temperature 16º, in the order to concentrate in the juice the máximum quantity or aromas and freshness.
At the end of the alcoholic fermentation, both wines are join and keep in contact with the yeast and fine lees until the moment of bottling.
- Certification: European certificated V-Level wine by the Spanish Vegetarian Union as a VEGAN wine. In the process of this wine, no materials of animal origin or derivatives thereof have been used.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
The wine has a pale yellow color.
The Sauvignon Blanc variety offers citrus notes and medium-intensity white fruit.
The Merseguera variety, uncommon outside the Valencian Community where more than 70% of its production is concentrated, contributes vibrant freshness, nerve, and excellent acidity.
Together, the wine presents aromas reminiscent of lemon yogurt, apricot, green apple, and mango, with a delicate mineral and saline touch. The Mediterranean is felt through notes of fennel and white flowers, creating a harmonious blend of freshness and complexity.
