SPECIFICATIONS:
Single Vineyard: Wines that faithfully express the identity, personality of a specific vineyard within it. Soil, climate and variety are the main characters.
Variety: 100% Pinot Noir from our vineyards situated on the slopes of “Cabezo de la Virgen” in Villena. This wine has been produced in environmentally sustainable vineyards.
- Vinification: To obtain the full potential of fresh fruit, the grapes are hand-harvested in boxes to ensure that the whole grain enters in small tanks, only part of the clusters being destemmed. Due to a natural treatment, the wine may form a light sediment over time.
- Certification: Wine with Organic Certification, this wine has been produced following the standards of organic farming, and has been controlled throughout its production, preparation and bottling process.
- Wine with Vegan Certification European V-Level the Spanish Vegetarian Union. In the process of this wine, no materials of animal origin or derivatives thereof have been used.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
It shows a ruby red medium layer with violet flashes.
Intense aromas of fresh fruit, highlighting red berries, cherries, and strawberries, accompanied by a subtle hint of candy and delicate floral nuances of violet that add elegance to the whole. It also evokes fine toasted notes of vanilla.
With a very well acidity, a medium structure, and polish and balanced tannins, this wine reveal the freshness characteristics, finest and elegance.
